Frank W. Camposano  -  President and Chief Executive Officer
Member of the Board of Directors

Mr. Camposano has over twenty-five years of experience in telecommunications engineering and management. Prior to joining AVC he was Program Manager for AT&T's CNI project, which was responsible for the migration of AT&T's core and metro platforms to an optical based network, dramatically increasing capacity while lowering operating cost. As a Transport Technology Project Manager, Frank led a group of project managers responsible for the overall management of all transport technology evaluation, certification, and initial deployments for the AT&T network. He also has managed System Test organizations responsible for the certification of a broad range of IT, transport, and switching technology products within the R&D and production environments.

Frank C. Muzzi  -  Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Muzzi has more than 35 years experience finance and management

experience. Prior to joining AVC Global Service Group he held senior executive positions with MTC Technologies Corporation, Vitronics, Inc.

and Computer Sciences Corporation. While in the employ of Vitronics, Inc.

he was Senior Vice President and CFO, Treasurer and Member of the Board of Directors. He has experience in commercial and government defense

contracting fields.

Michael A. Cinque — Member of the Board of Directors

Mr. Cinque has over 35 years of engineering and management experience. Prior to joining AVC he held senior executive positions at Modern Technologies Corporation, Vitronics Inc., and Computer Sciences Corporation. In his capacity at Vitronics, he was the President and CEO and served as a presiding officer of their Board of Directors. He has worked in both the commercial and government business areas performing engineering, program management, operations management and business development functions.
